Harbor Transit Multi-Modal Transportation System is accepting bids to from qualified suppliers to provide bulk Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) from December 1, 2017 to November 30, 2018.
Bids are requested from qualified Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) suppliers with at least 5 years’ experience in similar sales/deliveries. You will be required to provide approximately 39,500 gallons of propane over the twelve (12) month contract obligation. This is not a maximum or minimum. Propane and delivery must comply with all applicable local, state and federal codes, requirements or regulations. Interested parties must download a copy of IFB at, harbortransit.org , to arrive at a clear understanding of the purchase. Bids must be submitted on the bid form provided in the IFB.
