The Harbor Transit Multi-Modal Transportation System (“Harbor Transit”) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified vendors for a New Stand-Alone Propane Fueling Station Infrastructure. 

Questions or requests for clarification regarding the proposal will be accepted via email only until Wednesday, November 4, 2026 @ 12:00PM (ET) to procurement@harbortransit.org via email. Answers to submitted questions will be posted on Monday, November 9, 2026, at harbortransit.org for all interested proposers to review prior to submitting proposals.
